Easy to book through the app, the courtesy car available the day before which was very helpful. I received a video updating me on the progress and it was ready mid afternoon.

I expected my car ready for 5pm, but it wasn't ready to pickup until after 6. I also requested a basic A/C health check, I was told on collection not enough time to do this even though the car was on site from 8.30-6.

I waited for my car to be serviced. The staff were very friendly and I had access to herbal tea and my car was handed back after agreed time and it had been cleaned too.

I found that bmw had disconnected the power supply to my dashcam and not informed me or reconnected it, I only noticed this 3 days after collecting the car so if I were to require any recordings in this time it would not have been possible.

Whilst the experience on the day of my MOT and Service was good, the Brake Fluid Service light came on a couple of weeks after the actual service. This may be a technical problem but it requires me to drive approx 80 miles from my home to fix it.

Complete waste of time to make video because if things aren't right on a car that's done 13000 miles then they never will be and presumably it's another thing to pay for if hadn't service pack. Also the car pings up with driver assistance restricted

Easy pick up of courtesy car and subsequent drop off. However, given the quality of courtesy car don't you think a sales tip might be to follow it up. I could have been seriously tempted - and then I saw its price!
